Meditation is the most effective way to manage stress, reduce anxiety, find your true self and create a life you want. 

This workshop will help you setup a daily life-changing meditation practice without having to change your lifestyle. All you need to do is sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Primodial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primodial sounds - the basic, most essential sounds of nature - are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth. You will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within.

 

In this Workshop, You Will:

  • Session 1 - 2/7: Understand how meditation dissolves stress. We’ll cover basic principles of meditation, it's history, and the importance of your mantra. We'll explore breaking free from limiting patterns.

  • Session 2: Receive your personal Primordial Sound Meditation mantra in a one-on-one ceremony, guided by ancient Vedic mathematics. You’ll also learn how to incorporate it into a personal meditation practice.

  • Session 3 - 2/14: You will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience, receive answers to any questions, and meditate with your instructor.

  • Session 4 - 2/14: Discover the profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit, and explore higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular Primodial Sound Meditation practice. I will share Deepak Chopra's vision of these higher states

This workshop is designed for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Experience increased well-being, energy, and creativity as you meditate regularly in a sacred and supportive space. This class will be virtual and the meeting link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the start of the course. 

Rashmi Shetty is a Chopra-certified Primordial Sound Meditation teacher. She’s joining Chopra’s mission to create a critical mass of one-billion meditators which will result in a positive, paradigm-shifting change worldwide—and the advent of world peace.
