In this Workshop, You Will:

Session 1 - 10/1: Understand how meditation dissolves stress. We’ll cover meditation basics, introduce mantras, and explore breaking free from limiting patterns.

Session 2: Receive your personal Primordial Sound Meditation mantra in a one-on-one ceremony, guided by ancient Vedic mathematics. You’ll also learn how to incorporate it into a personal meditation practice.

Session 3 - 10/8: Deepen your practice with practical techniques and tips to enhance your meditation journey.

Session 4 - 10/15: Discover the profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit, and explore higher states of consciousness.
This workshop is designed for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Experience increased well-being, energy, and creativity as you meditate regularly in a sacred and supportive space. This class will be virtual and the meeting link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the start of the course.
